[Enforcer Report] Fearless Scientist/Retin [EJECTED]

So a few days ago I found out that Fearless had ripped a texture off Gutterblood's Baku Vest.

In the second Image he admits to stealing the Texture. Now this is where things got kind of hard for me to make a decisions I think we've all pulled a texture off an object before to mod it, ect. Usually modify objects. I'm not necessarily opposed to that and that was the main topic of our meeting we had about this. I have a video of the meeting i will upload unlisted for the sake of consistency. The problem here is that he had asked Gutter for the texture and Gutter told him know then he took it and put it on the object anyway. Gutter and Fatty the creators of the vest and Texture both say that they did not give it to Fearless, Gutter did give him some stuff from his store and a base texture to mod I guess. I was going to leave it up to Fatty and Gutter as to whether we eject him but after hearing that Gutter specifically told him that he could not have that texture and with the OVERLORD APPROVAL as HEAD ENFORCER with WILLIAM'S & COMMAND'S consent I am going to eject him.
