▸ Every single ESC member except for whoever voted to return to combat unless one of them was Niv, who we're all quite done with.

Offense:
▸ Gay blockades, wasting a shitload of administrative time, lies, reneging on deals, being pussies in general.

Summary:
▸ During the past 2 months, Niv and the rest of ESC initiated a vote to blockade chaos under the auspices of "Constant disrespect and rulebreaking for years" from both myself and Dread. They were asked to provide evidence/chatlogs, they only provided one. We tried communicating with them to address problems. We have tried to address the problems that could be identified. During this, some of our officers publicly expressed their displeasure at the lack of progress being made while discussing these issues, to include Niv changing his story on some issues, dragging his feet, disproportionately reacting to light cajoling, or being avoidant instead of addressing things directly whenever a point was brought up that he didn't like. Due to these reasons, instead of returning to combat on January 11th as we had hoped, their blockade against Chaos is being extended indefinitely. As such, Chaos will no longer be hosting those members of ESC who support the blockade within the groups we own, and they will be given greatly reduced freedom in our discord, to keep the door open for possible ease of communication should we wish to revisit these issues in the future.

Punishment Length:
▸ Until ESC disbands or decides to return to combat with us. People who specifically voted to extend or keep the blockade indefinitely will never be allowed back into any of our groups, have any freedoms within our discord, or be allowed into any diplomatic programs.

Punishment Device:
▸ None. They're being banned from all our groups and removed from all our diplomatic programs.
