Fill this out EVERY TIME you put someone on an autoreturner, autokiller, or other form of DEPLOYED or PASSIVE griefing object (the sim enforcement panel doesn't count, for instance).
Failure to do so will result in any currently rezzed punishment devices being returned. Basically, if any administrator cannot explain WHY someone is being griefed in short order, we end up looking like idiots.
Conversation logs, videos, and proof goes under SUMMARY.
Copy/paste the object name VERBATIM for 'punishment device'.
