Summary:
▸I noticed that some of TBG were using jump enhancers that propelled them much higher than normal without primjumping. I asked the offending party (Zenon at the time) to knock it off. He complied. Later, I noticed julius was using both that and a bathook. Both these people have been told the rules before, so I attempted to lock him down for 5 minutes. When that failed, I messaged him about it asking him to cease & desist, or he'd be griefed. He laughed, so I rezzed a directed torley extreme keyed to his avi. Deathsword, who was OIC at the time, messaged me to ask what was going on. I filled him in on the situation, and he asked me to temporarily ban Julius, because he had lied to deathsword about using it, and was ignoring his own OIC's directives. I agreed, and here we are.
