AP round is doing splash damage inconsistently after doing direct-hit damage, to the same object.
The krak grenades in the launcher do both 15 AT on a splash, and 3 AT on a direct hit.
We MUST have this be consistent across weapons. Sin and GFed have both mentioned a way to exclude damage via lists or something. Look into that please.
The AP round must ONLY do 50 or 10, not both.
The Krak rocket must ONLY do 35 or 10, not both.
The Krak grenade must ONLY do 15 or 18, not both.
This allows us to be consistent with our AT output, our statements, and determining if something is in fact a bug or not. We used to be VERY good about doing this consistently with our weapons.
Also the Leman Russ AP rounds require click+hold fire extinguishing.
