To recreate: Switch weapons away from the longlas, or shoot in general.

Has a tendecy to kill person twice or trice, depending on how target moves, meaning that it detects person multiple times.

to recreate - shoot slowly moving target (target should move 0.4m from initial hit position before it's actuall death).
Zpos - everywhere.
Severity: Major, can cause TP to home bug sometimes.

kills owner when you shoot someone that's on a no access parcel, or when someone dies and goes back to one
