found an issue, if you cross regions in a Hydra or Chimera you may still float at the water height of the previous sim
recreate by crossing into Panther Bay from Soul Reaper, you will float on Soul Reaper's water

You probably just need to have it reset all of its values except health of one region crossing unfortunately
Probably mild as we no longer really do continent shit.
