[Chaos] Command Hud v.1.01

Waypoints are Only visible with /1 ping or Y (gesture). When using OIC Multiple waypoint locations, for points A, B, C and D. The way points are not visible to others wearing the command Hud.

It'll get fixed soon, for now just ping when people start plopping down points. It'll work.
