Go at least 3045m in the air, have someone sit on a non-physical scripted object. Try to lock onto them with the flakk missile. It will lock on. Worked with two different kinds of seats, regardless of Z position or distance from target.
That is the z position.
We don't encounter people in combat sitting on non-physical scripted objects that aren't involved in combat too often. I'm sure this in to counter something shitty or an unintentional side effect of that, so this is probably minor. My only concern is there is no regard for how close I am.

-confirmed working @ 3003m as well. Not sure where the lower/upper limit is. Will update.
update: This issue occurs regardless of z coordinate. It was happening at 21M, regardless of distance.
